Better Together is jointly headed by Paul Assenheim and Talia Pevsner. Having worked at the forefront of the catering ,profession both nationally and globally ,they have now joined forces in a dynamic .boutique company Paul brings his creative expertise and experience gained through twenty years of owning and running some of Israel’s best known catering companies, while Talia offers a sharp business sense, and a driving passion for creativity and lifestyle. Talia studied cookery in Ireland and London… Talia has traveled the world following her passion for the culinary arts. Having worked in some of the best restaurants and catering’s all over Europe. Being a true creative with a huge interest in leisure and lifestyle she pioneers a luxury and boutique approach to catering and culinary projects.
After years of heading catering teams around the globe and having cooked for many heads of states and celebrities she now brings her pursuit of creation and innovation to Better Together
Paul studied hotel management in Switzerland and then took his culinary apprenticeship at the Hilton Tel Aviv.. Paul went on to be the chef and owner of some of Israel’s most prestigious restaurants.. After many years in restaurants Paul branched into catering. Becoming one of the first pioneers in Israel of catering as we know it today and following this Israel has become regarded as one of the most innovative countries in the world for catering… Having cooked for many world leaders, heads of state and many celebrities Paul is at the top of his game. Eitan started working in the event world from managing and organizing event to eventually realizing his love for cookery moved into the food and beverage area.. Eitan joined our team a few years ago, from showing so much talent in the kitchen and management skills he has worked himself up the rank of Head Chef. Eitan loves to bring new ideas and techniques to the company which enables us to keep changing our look. For his love of modern cuisine mixed with his Moroccan roots make him a very special chef.
